Mayors for Cornilles
Recently many of us mayors joined together with Rob Cornilles at Gerber Legendary Blades in Tigard to show our support for a job creator and independent leader who has the right plan for getting Oregon back on the road to prosperity.
As a small business owner for 16 years who has successfully employed 60 Oregonians, Rob knows how to create jobs and manage a budget. He is the only candidate in the race who has a job creation plan that moves beyond partisan talking points and promotes forward-thinking solutions.
Rob will be able to use his business experience in Congress and work with business and community leaders to solve our state’s unemployment crisis. Rob’s jobs plan brings business and community leaders together to find solutions unique to Oregon.
We are a group of 21 mayors representing cities and towns in Washington, Yamhill, Columbia, and Clatsop counties, and our bipartisan group includes mayors from Amity, Banks, Carlton, Clatskanie, Columbia City, Dayton, Gaston, Gearhart, Hillsboro, Lafayette, McMinnville, Newberg, Rainer, Scappoose, Seaside, Sheridan, Sherwood, Tigard, Warrenton and Yamhill.
The fact that Rob has brought us all together in support of common goals demonstrates his credentials as an effective leader with the ability to unite people from different backgrounds to build vibrant communities and put Oregonians back to work.
We are voting for Rob because we know he will stand up for us in Congress and be the strongest advocate for our Northwest Oregon communities.
