CORNILLES ANNOUNCES CAMPAIGN TEAM


PORTLAND, Ore. – Rob Cornilles, candidate for Congress in the First Congressional District of Oregon, announced the following additions to his team of campaign staff and consultants:

Cary Evans, General Consultant
Brock Lowrance, Campaign Manager
Tiffany Stark, Finance Consultant
Becky Tymchuk, Finance Consultant
James Fryer, Finance Coordinator

“My experience in growing a successful Oregon business and advising others on how to do the same has taught me that it takes the right team in place in order to win,” said Cornilles. “We have put together a team of consultants and staff that bring the experience and talent needed to build a smart, effective, and winning campaign. I am excited to have them all on-board as we continue to work towards a victory in 2010.”

Cornilles is a prominent advisor and trainer in the business industry, having founded Game Face, Inc., in 1995. He and Allison, his wife of 23 years, volunteer in various community causes, including local schools, Boy Scouts of America, the Good Neighbor Center, and other organizations centered on developing stronger youth citizens and leaders. They are also active in the lives of their three sons.

Cary Evans
General Consultant


Cary Evans, of West Meridian LLC, has more than 20 years of political and public affairs experience with emphasis on strategy, grassroots, and finance. Prior to forming West Meridian, Cary served as lead strategist for numerous state and national candidates including Bush-Cheney 2000 and Bush-Cheney 2004. As Regional Political Director of 10 Western states for the Republican National Committee, Cary coordinated the campaign efforts in eight Western states and an extensive grassroots campaign in three swing states – Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

Brock Lowrance
Campaign Manager


Brock brings to the campaign a diverse background in grassroots organizing, political strategy, and public affairs. From 2007 until January of 2009 he served as an Associate Director in the White House Office of Political Affairs. In this capacity, Brock was the primary White House liaison to state and local elected officials, grassroots activists, and Republican campaigns in 13 western and northern plains states. Prior to that, Brock served in the Bush Administration as a Deputy Associate Director in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel and as the Special Assistant to the Commissioner’s Office at the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation within the U.S. Department of the Interior. Most recently, Brock spent the past year working on a wide array of public affairs issues while also working in support of Republican campaigns in New York and Virginia. Brock began his political career in Montana, where he served as the Political Director and Communications Director for the Montana Republican Party in 2004 and 2006 respectively.

Tiffany Stark
Finance Consultant


Tiffany Stark has vast experience in fundraising at both the state and national level. Tiffany started her political career on Capitol Hill working for former Congressman Bob Smith. Following her time on Capitol Hill, Tiffany started fundraising for the then Governor of Massachusetts Paul Cellucci. After returning home to Oregon she founded T. Stark Fundraising. Her political clients have included Congressman Greg Walden, Mitt Romney for President, Gubernatorial candidate Allen Alley, and Ron Saxton's 2002 and 2004 races for Governor of Oregon among others.

Becky Tymchuk
Finance Consultant


Becky Tymchuk brings 25 years of experience in fundraising, non-profit development, and campaign politics to Cornilles for Congress. Becky has served as a Legislative Assistant during three legislative sessions and worked on a previous Oregon Congressional campaign, a State Treasurer’s race, and campaign for Oregon State Representative. In addition to her field experience, she has fundraised on behalf of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, Gordon Smith for US Senate, Bush-Cheney 2000 and 2004, and various other political committees.

James Fryer
Finance Coordinator


James Fryer was born and raised in the first congressional district and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics. James has volunteered on numerous campaigns in Oregon politics; including Saxton for Governor and Gordon Smith for U.S. Senate.
